Beer Style ABV Area Description
10 Barrel Joe American IPA 6.90% A This IPA was formerly known as Sam – named after its hops: Simcoe, Amarillo & Mosaic. But we were told this would be a trademark issue with a large craft brewery out of the Northeast so we had to change it. We cycled through a bunch of generic names until we finally arrived on the perfect name for this IPA…Joe.
2SP Barrel Aged Citrus Rhine’d (VIP) American Pale Ale 6.00% E Collaboration with Industrial Arts. Classic German malts meet up with a relatively new hop varietal that gives this beer an extra juicy citrus character. Finished with Brettanomyces for an extra twist.
2SP Bellcracker Imperial / Double IPA 8.70% E The Big Show. An ideally balanced double IPA without inhibition or prohibition for flavor. Punishing Hops and Thearapeutic Malts. This double IPA strives for balance, but has an inexorable desire for American hops. Narcissistic Satisfaction. When intense flavorful food is desired, this beer is its love-object.
2SP Bourbon Barrel Aged The Russian (VIP) Russian Imperial Stout 9.50% E
2SP Weiss Wit Witbier 4.20% E
AleSmith Wee Heavy Scotch Ale / Wee Heavy 10.00% D A classic Scotch Ale. Scotch ales are typically sweet and malty, with a very subdued dose of hops– just enough to provide balance. AleSmith Wee Heavy is a wonderful interpretation of this traditional Scotch style.
Allagash Little Brett American Wild Ale 4.80% B A hazy, straw colored beer, using a pilsner 2-row malt blend. This beer was both brewed and dry hopped with 100% mosaic hops. Completely fermented with house brettanomyces. The finished beer has an aroma bursting with pineapple and notes of bread crust. Pineapple continues throughout the flavor with additional notes of fresh cut grass. A mild tartness in the finish is nicely balanced with a pleasant hop bitterness.
Allagash Saison Saison / Farmhouse Ale 6.10% B Pours a golden hue. Fermented with a traditional saison yeast strain, it exhibits notes of spice and tropical fruit in the aroma. Citrus and a peppery spice dominate the flavor and make way for a pleasant malt character.
Almanac Almanac IPA American IPA 7.50% D Introducing our year-round Almanac IPA, a West Coast hop bomb overflowing with hop flavors and aromas. We start with a copper-hued malt base of California-grown, two-row barley, German Vienna Malt, Crystal Malts and Biscuit Malt. Then we start layering on the hops—grown all along the west coast in California, Oregon and Washington. We combine Magnum, Chinook, Cascade, El Dorado and Simcoe to create our own unique twist on the IPA style with intense aromas of grapefruit and tangerine peel, pineapple and pine trees. The finish has a clean bitterness and light saltine cracker note.
Almanac Emperor Norton Belgian IPA 9.00% D All hail His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Norton I, of The United States and Protector of Mexico! A beloved 19th century San Francisco denizen, Emperor Norton was best known for issuing his own currency, calling for the overthrow of the Federal Government, and for prophesying a future bridge connecting San Francisco and Oakland. Emperor Norton is an eccentric ale brewed in his honor, blending a classic Belgian-style tripel with California-grown summer apricots and dry-hopped generously with Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops. Enjoy in the company of unconventional friends!
Almanac Golden Gate Gose Gose 5.00% D Golden Gate Gose is inspired by the classic wheat beer hailing from Leipzig, Germany. Traditionally brewed with salt and coriander, our tart, California-inspired version is brewed with San Francisco Bay Sea Salt and locally grown coriander grown especially for us. Fermented with our house Saison yeast, this delicately tart beer is a perfect summer refresher. Pair with seafood and sunshine.
Almanac Saison Dolores Saison / Farmhouse Ale 6.80% D Introducing Saison Dolores, Almanac’s newest year-round beer. A bright, aromatic brew for all seasons inspired by San Francisco’s Mission District. We combine barley, rye and Sonoran Wheat grown in Mendocino County and ferment the beer with our house Saison yeast. Finally we dry hop it to create a California Saison with flavors of spicy white pepper, fruity melon and a clean food friendly finish. Enjoy this lively aromatic farmhouse ale with fresh seafood, funky washed rind cheeses and classic french-style charcuterie.
Alpine Duet American IPA 7.00% B A West Coast IPA. Our original single IPA made with Simcoe and Amarillo hops in harmony.
Anchor Meyer Lemon Lager Pale Lager 4.50% A
Anderson Valley Blood Orange Gose Gose 4.20% F Our Blood Orange Gose is a tart, refreshing wheat ale that is kettle-soured with lactobacillus and brewed with sea salt and coriander. However, unlike traditional versions of the style, ours features liberal additions of blood oranges during fermentation. This imparts tangy citrus notes that complement the champagne-like flavors, creating a complex and sessionable ale perfect for any occasion.
Anderson Valley Briney Melon Gose Gose 4.20% F Born from our passion for experimentation, our Briney Melon Gose boasts a thirst-quenching tartness that is perfectly balanced by subtle watermelon flavors and aromas. Gentle additions of sea salt create a refreshing harmony between the acidity and fruity sweetness leading to clean, dry finish.
Anderson Valley Hop Ottin IPA American IPA 7.00% F Brilliant copper color with a lingering, lacy white head. The nose sings of grapefruit, pine needles, citron, roses and bergamot. The flavor is rich in the citrusy, resiny flavors from Columbus and Cascade hops packed into this beer balanced artfully with a solid malt character and crisp bitterness leading to a beautifully dry, light herbal finish.
Anderson Valley Salted Caramel Bourbon Aged Porter (VIP) Porter 6.00% Bottle Row Aged for 6 months in Wild Turkey bourbon barrels, our Salted Caramel is woody and slightly sweet with notes of vanilla and coconut. It’s smooth with a medium-light body and mouthfeel and a light banana/fruit aroma. There’s some caramel and peanut brittle flavors but not cloying or overpowering.
Anderson Valley Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrel Stout Oatmeal Stout 6.90% F Barney Flats Oatmeal Stout aged for three months in Wild Turkey Bourbon Barrels. Deep ebony hue with a beautiful mahogany head, an aroma of fresh-baked bread, toffee, and espresso mingling with the woody vanilla notes of Bourbon whiskey and the rich roasted flavors wrapped with Bourbon.
Atwater Dortmunder Gold Lager Dortmunder / Export Lager 5.60% A
Atwater Tunnel Ram Imperial Bock Bock 8.00% A Crisp with a slight injection of sweetness. This one gets your motor warmed up with a subtle alcohol overtone and hits the finish line with clean, bright, lager flavor.
Avery Liliko’i Kepolo Witbier 5.60% F Pours a bright, hazy golden color. A spicy witbier with a Hawaiian theme featuring Hawaiian passion fruit in the recipe. Big tropical fruit character including pineapple and lime. Crisp yeast esters and a refreshing beer.
Avery Raja Double IPA Imperial / Double IPA 8.00% F Brazenly bitter! Dashingly dry-hopped. Raja is an audacious addition to our lengthy lineage of intrepid IPAs. Hops for all! All for hops!
Avery Raspberry Sour (VIP) American Wild Ale 7.20% Bottle Row BARREL AGED in oak, with raspberried added. Luscious ripe red raspberries are elegantly intertwined with a bountiful amount of lactic acidity and delicate barrel nuances to cultivate this stunning sour ale.
Avery Vanilla Bean Stout (VIP) Imperial / Double Stout 10.80% Bottle Row Vanilla bean stout aged in bourbon barrels. A double dose of vanilla derived from both fresh Bourbon barrels and the trio of Tongan, Ugandan, and Mexican whole vanilla beans is complemented by the essences of chocolate, caramel and molasses to round out this luxurious silky stout.
Ballast Point Grunion Pale Ale (Fresh Hop) American Pale Ale 5.50% D
Ballast Point Habanero Sculpin Chili Beer 7.00% D Our Sculpin IPA with Habanero Pepper began as a crazy experiment that’s taken on a life of its own. While its bright fruit notes and hoppy bite has made the original one of our favorites, this version takes that balance of flavors to the next level with the citrusy, floral heat of habaneros. Sculpin are known to sting, but this one’s got a kick.
Ballast Point Indra Kunindra Foreign / Export Stout 7.00% D Our India-style Export Stout is a unique collaboration with award-winning homebrewer Alex Tweet. Released in limited quantities, this explosion of South Asian flavors is reason enough to kneel down and thank the heavens. It’s further proof of San Diego’s status as a brewer’s playground, and a beer lover’s utopia.

Bear Republic Tartare Rouge American Wild Ale 6.00% A Released from Foeder Number Two, this spontaneously fermented red ale has a tart apricot aroma, toasty malt and wheat flavors balanced by tart acidity, and a pleasantly malty finish. Barrel-Aged and Limited Edition Beer.
Bell’s Consecrator Doppelbock Doppelbock 8.00% F Reddish brown in color with a mild hop profile, Consecrator Doppelbock is a well balanced, full bodied lager with hints of caramel and molasses in its smooth, malty finish. As with our other lager brands, Consecrator undergoes a lengthy lagering period. Unlike the 6 week profile of the other two brands, Consecrator experiences a full three months in the fermenting vessel, giving it an exceptionally smooth character.
Bell’s Hopsoulution Ale (VIP) Imperial / Double IPA 8.00% Bottle Row A remarkably drinkable Double IPA that pays tribute to one of Mother Nature’s finest creations, as several hop varietals combine for massive aromas of tropical fruit, citrus and pine. A mild caramel malt character and dry finish provide balance.
Bell’s Oatsmobile Ale American Pale Ale 4.30% F Aromatic. Approachable. Unique. Intriguing. Happy-go-lucky. Full-bodied. And we’re not just talking about the horse. This hop-forward, 100% all-malt session pale ale uses a blend of classic and modern Pacific Northwest hops, including Mosaic, Citra and Amarillo, for a pungent blend of stone fruit and tropical aromas. The signature ingredient – oats – are what makes Oatsmobile Ale stand apart, and gives it a body that you don’t see in most other session Pale Ales.
Best Damn Cherry Cola (VIP) Malt Liquor 5.50% A Our refreshing BEST DAMN Cherry Cola combines caramel and cola spice notes with a delicious cherry taste. Aged on cherries after brewing, the result is a flavorful take on the timeless taste of Cherry Cola.
Best Damn Root Beer (VIP) Root Beer 5.50% A Our delicious, easy-drinking Best Damn Root Beer is aged on real vanilla beans during the brewing process for a full-flavored, well-balanced take on one of our favorite classic tastes.
Boaks Flame Thrower Witbier 4.20% A Belgian wheat beer with Asian and Mexican flair.
Boon Oude Geuze Vat 77 (VIP) Gueuze 8.50% Bottle Row Vat 77 was released in 2014. It consists of 90% Lambic of cask or foeder #77 brewed on 10/26-27/2011 and bottled on 10/24/2013. Foeder 77 was made in 1906 and since 1986 has been used to hold 3-year old lambic from Boon. It is reportedly one of Frank Boon’s favorite casks.
Boulder Pulp Fusion American IPA 6.70% D Pulp Fusion Blood Orange IPA blends the beauty of an IPA with vibrant citrus flavor from the juice of blood oranges. It shines with a bright, golden color and finishes smooth without lingering bitterness. This commingling of aromatic hops and zesty blood oranges is a blood bath of citrus flavor! Pairs well with a Royale with Cheese.
Boulder Sweaty Betty Hefeweizen 5.20% D Sweaty Betty Blonde is a refreshing, unfiltered Bavarian-style Hefeweizen. The Weihenstephan yeast gives this brew subtle hints of clove and banana with an attractive, hazy blonde color. For the best flavor, rouse any settled yeast by swirling the bottom of the bottle.
Boulevard Chocolate Ale Herbed/Spiced Beer 9.10% C One of the brightest stars in a city filled with culinary treasures, Christopher Elbow has been handcrafting masterpieces in chocolate for more than ten years. In that time the reputation of his artistic delicacies has spread around the globe. Elbow’s sweets are distinguished by their use of unusual and sometimes surprising flavors and ingredients; in that adventurous spirit we joined forces to bring you a very special Chocolate Ale.
Boulevard Imperial Stout X – Aztec Chocolate American Imperial / Double Stout 11.00% C A batch of Imperial Stout was brewed that received freshly ground cinnamon during the boil on the brewhouse. This batch will be blended with tanks of Imperial Stout that are infused with dried pasilla negro and ancho chiles as well as cacao nibs. The chiles and cacao nibs were stuffed into porous bags and suspended in sanitized stainless steel tanks. Finished beer is transferred onto the chiles and nibs and allowed to rest for 24 hours of contact time. Following the infusion, the beer is transferred to a blending tank and blended with the cinnamon spiced batch. No portion of Imperial Stout X – Aztec Chocolate is barrel aged.
Boulevard Imperial Stout X – Coconut Imperial / Double Stout 11.00% C Using the base beer for Imperial Stout as a starting point, our brewers suspended just over two pounds per barrel of raw and toasted coconut flakes in porous bags in one of our stainless steel fermentation vessels. Finished, cooled beer was then transferred onto the flakes and allowed to rest for 48 hours to infuse the aroma and flavor of the coconut into the base beer. The resulting beer is a marriage of huge, round, chocolate and caramel notes from Imperial Stout, with smooth layers of sweet, toasted coconut notes. No portion of Imperial Stout X – Coconut is barrel aged.
Boulevard Rye-on-Rye-on-Rye Rye Beer 14.50% C Inspired by the success of our X series of special Imperial Stout releases, we’ve embarked on a journey to the outer reaches of our popular Rye-on-Rye. For this inaugural release, a rich, tawny rye ale is aged in first-use rye whiskey barrels then transferred to yet another set of first-use rye whiskey barrels for a second aging, effectively resulting in Rye-on-Rye-on-Rye.
Boulevard Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale Saison / Farmhouse Ale 8.50% C A traditional Belgian-style farmhouse ale, the perfect combination of elements came together in their #7 fermenter. You could call it fate, but they called it Tank 7, and so it is. Beginning with a big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.
Boulevard Tell-Tale Tart Sour Ale 6.20% C Deriving its name from Edgar Allan Poe’s classic tale of madness and murder, our newest Smokestack Series release takes a predictably lighthearted approach to the subject of sourness. The subtle acidity of Tell-Tale Tart is answered by a soft, biscuity malt character, making this a sour ale that suggests, rather than announcing its tartness. Beginning with a bracing sharpness at first sip, the ale mellows on the palate to a smooth and faintly lingering finish.
Boulevard The Calling Imperial / Double IPA 8.50% C Our most heavily hopped beer ever bursts forth with unmistakable tropical fruit and pine hop aromas and flavor supported with a slightly sweet malt character, tapering to a crisp, dry finish. Heed your call and enjoy.
Breckenridge 471 Small Batch IPA Imperial / Double IPA 9.20% A Hoppy? Brother, 471 IPA redefines hoppy. 471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you’ve ever had at one time.
Breckenridge Mango Mosaic American Pale Ale 5.50% A Using Full Pint malt, the slight fruitiness comes from organic mango and mosaic hops added I’m the kettle.
Brick by Brick Bėganti Kopa (Running Dune) Witbier 4.50% E Cloudy light brown color. Small size, white head, stays. Yeasty, fruity, very faint citrus, sweetish soapy aroma. Fruity, sweet, mild soapy, faint spicy taste. Sticky body. Medium carbonation.
Brick by Brick Bocmano Usai (Bosun’s Moustache) American IPA 6.00% E
Brick by Brick Eel Legs Helles Lager 5.30% E
Brick by Brick Ryklio Kavinukas (Shark’s Coffee Pot) Milk / Sweet Stout 4.50% E
Brooklyn Framboise “Assay #1” Lambic 7.50% C
Brooklyn Lord Sorachi Saison Saison / Farmhouse Ale 9.50% C An imperial saison featuring the lemongrass intensity of the rare sorachi ace hop.
Brooklyn Quintaceratops Belgian Quad 10.90% C Belgian-style Quadruple brewed with dark candi syrup, aged in rum and bourbon barrels. In this bottle resides Quintaceratops, the splendid progeny of our Belgian-inspired quadruple abbey ale, Quadraceratops. As you will discover the all-important “5th horn” is the influence of Trinidadian rum and Kentucky Bourbon barrels. After months of aging followed by re-fermentation in the bottle, this beer emerges smooth, earthy, dry and rummy, with notes of burnt sugar, coconut and vanilla. Quintaceratops is ready to rumble with all five horns. Grab hold and enjoy the ride!
Brooklyn Red Sumac Wit Witbier 6.50% C For Brooklyn Red Sumac Wit, our friend Lior Lev Sercarz, the famed spice blender, brought us the world’s finest sumac all the way from Turkey. The tart spice replaces the coriander most often used in Belgian wheat beers and joins barley malt, raw wheat and orange peel to create a zingy and refreshing libation. Red Sumac Wit is unparalleled with your favorite warm weather foods, from hummus and salads to fish tacos and grilled meats to all sorts of spicy dishes.
Bruery Or Xata Blonde Ale 7.00% Bottle Row Blonde Ale with rice, cinnamon, vanilla bean. Our take on the traditional agua fresca incorporates rice and lactose along with spices for that sweet, creamy character that we’ve come to love.
Bullfrog Le Roar Grrrz Lambic 7.50% D
Cape May Corrosion Sour Ale 5.75% B Sour. IPA. Boom. A beer geeks dream beer. Bitter and sour, two flavor profiles that more often clash then compliment, are brought together in a harmonious blend via the guiding nature of ample amounts of Citra and Centennial on the dry hop. Opening up with a huge nose of fresh citrus and grapefruit, then hitting the pallet up front with firm bitterness, before giving way to back of the tongue acidity, the dance goes on until you’re left wanting more.
Cape May Salty Lips Gose 4.70% B The name says it all! Salty Lips is a Gose — which is closely related to its tart cousin the Berliner Weisse — where using local ingredients from the Cape May Sea Salt Co brings out a slight touch of salinity. This refreshingly tart ale spent 2 days souring in the boil kettle to lower the pH to a pleasant acidity, then had coriander added with the local sea salt and hops before being fermented with a classic American Ale yeast strain. The saltiness strikes your palate before subsiding to a gentle tart bite, finishing with a yeast ester profile of peaches and honeydew, leaving you with a hint of the ocean on your lips.
Captain Lawrence Effortless Grapefruit Session IPA Session IPA 4.50% A
Captain Lawrence Frost Monster Russian Imperial Stout 12.00% A Deep and dark as a cold winter night… The Frost Monster is lurking. This beast of an ale started out as a pilot batch concept by packaging line veteran Justin Perrone. Thinking of his own monster (dog) “Frost” he wanted to make a beer that had intense flavor, aroma and strength. Working with Brewmaster Scott Vaccaro and Head Brewer Scott Tobin they came up with an Imperial Stout only befitting its title. Brewed with a massive amount of malt to give it the rich, roasted and smokey flavors expected of such an ale. Black in color with a head as white as the beast itself. Drink it this winter or lay some down for winters to come.
Captain Lawrence Tropigose Gose 4.00% A
Carton Boat Beer Session IPA 4.20% D Boat Beer is designed to be complex enough to merit drinking a few without being crippled by alcohol. Kolsch yeast and German malts are combined to be crisp and refreshing, while a generous amount of American hops have been added to keep it remarkable. Neshaminy Creek County Line IPA American IPA 6.60% D Our search for a location to start this brewery took us across much of Lower Bucks County, many times traveling down the well known divider between northern Philadelphia, southern Bucks, and Montgomery counties, County Line Road. One of the original names we thought of for the brewery was that of County Line Brewing. We don’t know how or why we didn’t settle on that name, but in recognition of our location so close to Philadelphia and that potential namesake, we decided to pass the name on to our flagship IPA which comes in at 6.6% ABV and is chock full of Warrior, Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe, and Centennial hops. It’s got a bready malt backbone to counter some of that hop bitterness, but not so much that this five hop combination won’t put a smile on your face. Dry hopped for nearly two weeks, County Line IPA has a lingering hop bitterness showing a complexity of resinous pine notes, citrusy lemon, and grapefruit that many IPAs on the East Coast lack.

Stable 12 Bridge Street Kölsch Kölsch 4.90% C This beer style is typically named after the region it is brewed in and since we’re on Bridge Street, we thought it was fitting. Before you yell at us, yes, we are aware that authentic Kolsch’s are brewed in Germany, but why should they savor all the flavor?! We did our best to keep this beer as traditional as possible and fermented it with a yeast strain from Cologne. The body is made with Pils, Wheat, Vienna and Munich Malts and it is bittered/flavored with Hallertau and Tettnang.
